Almost nothing! I bring everything: professional massage table, fresh linens, organic oils, and relaxing music. Just prepare a quiet space of about 2m x 2m, preferably warm. A living room, bedroom, or even a covered terrace works perfectly.
I recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak summer season (July-August). However, same-day appointments are sometimes possible — just call to check availability.
Absolutely! I regularly visit hotels, vacation rentals, Airbnbs, and private homes throughout the Normandy coast. Just provide the address when booking.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. I understand plans change — just communicate early!
